The surface of Al-Zn coated steel coil has a characteristic smooth, flat and gorgeous starburst, with a base color of silvery white. The special plating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of zinc aluminized coil is up to 25a. It has good heat resistance and can be used in a high temperature environment of 315℃; the adhesion between the plating and the paint film is good, and it has good processing performance and can be stamped, sheared, welded, etc.; the surface conductivity is very good. Advantages are as follows.

　　1、Corrosion resistance: Al-Zn coil has strong corrosion resistance, with a normal service life of up to 25 years, 3-6 times longer than galvanized coil and appropriate with stainless steel. The corrosion resistance of aluminized zinc coil comes from the maintenance function of the hindering layer of aluminum, and the dedication maintenance function of zinc. When the zinc in the cut edge, scratches and some of the plating abrasion for dedication maintenance, aluminum will constitute a can not dissolve the oxide layer, performance barrier maintenance function. Al-Zn alloy steel coil has been in a variety of different atmospheric environment, outdoor exposure test for more than 20 years, confirmed that the cutting edge maintenance function of 55% Al-Zn plating steel coil, better than galvanized steel coil and 5% Al-Zn plating steel coil.

　　2、Heat resistance: Al-Zn coil has high heat reflectivity and is suitable as roofing material, and the heat resistance of Al-Zn alloy steel coil itself is excellent and can be used in high temperature environment up to 315 degrees.

　　3、Re-coatability: (paint film adhesion) Al-Zn coil can maintain outstanding adhesion with paint film, without special pre-disposal, it can be directly sprayed with paint or powder.

　　4. Corrosion resistance after painting: After the aluminized zinc coil itself is partially painted and baked, the corrosion resistance of some unpainted parts is reduced very little. The function is much better than electrocoild color zinc and electric galvanized coil and hot-dip galvanized coil.

　　5、Processability: (shearing, stamping, spot welding, seam welding) Al-Zn coated steel coil has outstanding processing functions and can be stamping, shearing, welding, etc. The coating has good adhesion and impact resistance.

　　6、Conductivity: The appearance of aluminized zinc coil can satisfy the demand of electromagnetic shielding through special wax coating disposal.
