Variety classification of color-coated steel plates
The types of color-coated sheets can be varied, and the specific types can be roughly classified according to the following methods.
According to the positive state: color-coated products can be divided into ordinary coated steel plates, printed coated steel plates, embossed coated steel plates and film-coated steel plates, etc.;
According to the coating structure: color-coated products can be divided into 2/1, 2/2, 2/1M, 3/2, etc., */* represent the front and back coating products respectively;

According to the variety of coatings: color coating products can be divided into polyester (PE) color coating, high weather resistance (HDP) color coating, silicon modified polyester (SMP), fluorocarbon (PVDF) color coating, etc.;
According to the purpose: color coating products can be divided into color coating for exterior building, color coating for building interior, color coating for steel windows, color coating for furniture, color coating for household appliances, etc.;
According to the coating characteristics and functions: color coating products can be divided into antistatic color coating, self-cleaning color coating, heat insulation color coating, antibacterial color coating, anti-scratch color coating, etc.
Introduction of color-coated board substrate (coating)
The inherent quality of the color-coated board first depends on the quality of the coated substrate used in the production of the color-coated board, as well as the thickness and process of the coating.
The types of substrate coating can be divided into the following categories:
1. Cold rolling is directly used as a color-coated substrate after degreasing, cleaning and chemical conversion of cold rolling, and then coated with paint and baked to form. The disadvantage is that it is easy to rust and has no anti-corrosion ability.
2. Electrogalvanizing is cold-rolled, electroplated, treated as a color-coated substrate, and then coated with paint and baked at high temperature. The disadvantage is that because it is cold electroplating and the coating is thin, the adhesion between the coating and the cold plate is not good enough. Dezincification is prone to itching after a period of use, resulting in a weakened antiseptic ability. The advantage is that the coating is thin, so the surface gloss is well plated. It is mostly used in the field of home appliance steel windows, suitable for indoor use.
3. Hot-dip galvanizing is processed by cold plate. Then, the steel mill uses high-end hot-dip technology to coat the surface of the cold plate with a certain thickness and weight of zinc-silicon alloy, so that it has high anti-corrosion ability and anti-oxidation. ability. Because it is hot-dip plating, the adhesion between the cold plate and the coating is better, the attached coating is thicker and the surface can have spangles. After the hot-dip galvanized surface is smoothed, it is degreasing, cleaned and chemically transformed by the color coating production line. Finally, the surface is coated and baked with a certain thickness of paint to make it a finished product of color coating. Color-coated coils with hot-dip galvanizing as the substrate are widely used, and are also the most widely used products at home and abroad. It is mostly used in outdoor steel structure buildings, machinery packaging, home appliances and many other fields.
Its coating weight is more per square Z50 grams, Z80 grams, Z100 grams, Z120 grams, Z140 grams, Z180 grams, Z200 grams, Z220 grams, Z275 grams... according to customer needs can choose.
4. Hot-dip Al-Zn plating is to use high-end hot-dip plating technology to coat the cold plate with Al-Zn alloy of a certain thickness and weight on both sides of the cold plate after the cold plate has been treated. Aluminum 55%, zinc 43.5%, silicon 1.5%. It becomes an alloy steel wrapped by aluminum-zinc alloy, and its anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation ability is doubled compared with the previous hot-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing goes through the same process as hot-dip galvanizing (degreasing cleaning, chemical conversion, etc.) and finally coats and bakes a certain thickness of paint on the surface to make it a finished product of galvanized color-coated coil
